Following the release of our new Corporate Plan 2020-21 which sets the pathway for our strategic direction and performance for the next four years, development has begun for our 2020-21 Division Plan. Planning how we will deliver on the department’s priorities is an important aspect of our work. This includes developing a new staff action plan and reflecting on what we can improve to make BCD an even better place to work.

We are now seeking your feedback on how BCD is tracking as a place to work, including how successfully we have/haven’t implemented the opportunities identified in our attached 2019-20 staff action plan. We would like to hear about your experience over the last 12 months to identify what has worked well, what areas need more attention and to establish a benchmark to compare these results over time.

The survey has closed, and contributions are being reviewed. Thank you for your feedback.
