Executive Leadership Network portal
The Executive Leadership Network (ELN) runs events and activities for EL staff. It’s a network for EL staff, by EL staff.
The ELN is open to all EL 1 and 2 departmental staff to attend (substantive and acting). The network promotes best practice management and contributes to strategic leadership capability in the department.
This page will be the central place for ELN members to discuss ideas, share learnings, provide feedback and learn about upcoming ELN events.
How you can get involved:
- receive notification on upcoming events
- browse through the document library
- collaborate and network with your cohort in forums
- submit feedback through quick polls and surveys.

Hear from Matt Linnegar, Chief Executive of the Australian Rural Leadership Foundation, and Michelle Deshong, CEO of the Australian Indigenous Governance Institute discuss their leadership journey, key learnings, and advice for being an effective leader at any level.
If you have any burning questions or topics you are particularly interested in hearing about, let us know in this forum and we will share them with Matt and Michelle ahead of this event.
