Remote audits feedback

In responding to COVID-19, we adapted to a rapidly changing environment. People’s safety, regulatory assurance obligations, travel restrictions and general uncertainty were challenges we had to address. We had to change the way we conducted audits.

We quickly implemented a remote auditing framework to determine each entity’s eligibility for a fully or partially remote audit.

As our work environment starts to stabilise, we will conduct less of these audits. However, we may continue to conduct remote audits.

If you participated in a remote audit, we want to hear from you. Your feedback will help us shape our future remote auditing model.

Your feedback

We sought feedback from anyone who had participated in a remote audit. This consultation is now closed. Thank you for your feedback. It will help us shape our future remote auditing model.
