Welcome.
You are invited to share your comments and feedback on the department's draft Compliance Policy.
Your feedback will assist in the finalisation of the Compliance Policy as part of the ongoing development of new tools and systems that will mature the regulatory practice of the department. In 2019, the former Department of the Environment and Energy undertook significant consultation about its regulatory practice framework, including the Compliance Policy. This policy was published in late 2019. Further, the former Department of Agriculture and Water Resources developed its draft Compliance Policy through targeted internal consultation.
Taking these 2 Compliance Policies into consideration, we are now seeking feedback from you to help inform the final Compliance Policy.
Use this form to answer survey questions and share your comments and feedback.
Before completing the survey, please read the draft Compliance Policy.
Submissions close COB 10 April 2021.
